Corned Beef with Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Natural Grapeseed Oil

1 yellow onion diced

3 carrots diced

1/2 pound red potatoes diced

1 tablespoon Garlic Galore Seasoning Blend

8 cups water 3 tablespoons

Chicken Bouillon Soup Base

2 cups cooked shredded corned beef

1/2 head green cabbage shredded

1 bay leaf

Directions

Heat Natural Grapeseed Oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Add onion and carrot and saute for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
